摘要
对无烟煤气化型煤热强度的测试条件和方法进行了较为系统的研究 ,考察了加载速度、恒温温度、恒温时间、测试气氛、测定顺序等对测试结果的影响 ,提出了关于无烟煤气化型煤热强度的测试条件、方法及仪器设备 ,即恒温温度 90 0℃、恒温时间 4 5min、埋沙、加载速度 1 0~ 1 5mm/min、马弗炉外测法 .取 6个煤球的平均值即为无烟煤气化型煤的热强度的测量值 .
The measure conditions and methods of thermal compressive strength for gasification briquette of anthracite were researched systematically. The measure results of thermal compressive strength were influenced by loading velocity,constant temperature,constant temperature time,measuring atmosphere,measuring sequence etc. The measure conditions, methods and equipment for thermal compressive strength of gasification briquette for anthracite were adduced. It can be showed as the average value of 6 pit briquette at following conditions: constant time 45 min, constant temperature 900 ℃, loading velocity 10~15 mm/min, briquette pits covered by sand particles, measuring outside Maful stove.
