综采工作面安装高压外喷雾降尘装置

综采工作面的煤尘污染不仅对职工身心造成伤害 ,而且直接影响煤矿的安全生产。以往用静压水降尘 ,效果不佳。虽然后来用外加喷雾头等办法并几经改造 ,效果仍不明显。主要原因是水压不够 ,喷雾雾状效果不好。自安装第一套高压外喷雾降尘装置后 ,情况有很大改观。该装置配置有专用高压水泵 ,利用高压水成雾状降尘。实践和测试证明 :使用这套系统 ,降尘效率高达 86 3 %。

The coal dust pollution from the comprehensive mechanized coal mining face not only does great harm to the worker’s health ,but also it affects the safety of the coal mining.As the method of the ststic pressure water falling dust isn’t satisfactory,later it is improved by adding spraying head for afew times,the result isn’t obvious either.Its main cause is that the water pressure isn’t enough so that the result isn’t satisfactory.The comdition has been greatly improved sivce the first set high pressure outing spray dust deaerator is equipped.The equipment is equipped with a special high pressure pump,it atomizes the high pressure water go decline the coal dust.The conclusion is occured after a lot of testsand experience that the falling dust effiency reaches 86 3 percent by using the equipment.
