基于BPR的矿山管理信息系统开发策略

The developing tactics of management information systems for mine enterprises

针对我国矿山管理信息系统 (MIS)的开发现状 ,提出了基于业务流程重构 (BPR)的矿山MIS开发策略。并在剖析我国矿山传统业务流程和组织结构以及MIS开发存在的问题的基础上 ,给出了基于BPR策略的矿山MIS开发的具体实施步骤。

In the face of the developing actuality of domestic mine's management information sysems,the paper has advanced the key developing tatatics of MIS based on the business process reengineering.The concret procedures of developing MIS under the tatatics has been presented on the basis of taking apart the traditional business process,the structure and the problems of developing MIS of domestic mines.
