高压共轨燃油喷射系统的喷油器测试装置研究 被引量:1

摘要 搭建了高压共轨喷油器测试装置,采用比例、积分和微分(Proportional Integral Derivative,PID)算法控制喷油脉宽、喷油压力和喷油流量,并进行了测试研究.测试结果验证了高压共轨喷油系统喷油器测试装置的可靠性. The test device of the high pressure common rail injector was built, then the pulse width, injection pressure and fuel flow were controlled by PID algorithm, and the testing was conducted and analyzed. The result verifies that the injector test device of the high pressure common rail fuel injection system is reliable.
