摘要
利用Dynaform软件对喇叭口形制件拉深成形过程进行数值模拟分析,通过理论计算,对制件进行两次拉深.模拟结果显示:该制件能正常成形,说明工艺参数设置合理.利用Dynaform软件能够很好地预测成形过程,提高产品质量.
By using Dynaform software, the drawing process of the bell-mouth part was simulated and two deep drawings of the part were conducted through the theoretical calculation. The simulation results show that the part can be formed properly and the process parameters are set reasonably. The Dynaform software can provide a better prediction of the forming process and thus improve products; quality.
