The Exploration and Practice of College-enterprise Joint Training Talents of Social Sports Specialty

结合社会体育专业定位与培养应用型人才的特点,结合中州大学高职高专的办学定位,通过采用学校与企业联合培养的模式进行探索与实践,结果发现该模式能高效的培养社会体育专业所要求的态度能力、知识能力和职业能力等7大基本素质,从而开创了社会体育专业人才培养的新型途径。

We have carried out an exploration and practice about the training mode which train 09-level school of social sports major students by College-enterprise joint with Combining the orientation of social sports specialty and the characteristics of training application talents and the educational aim of Zhongzhou University of higher vocational education. As a consequence, training talents by College-enterprise joint is efficient to improve the seven important basic quality required by social sports profession, which has developed a new way of training talents of social sports specialty.
