摘要
由于受到信息化冲击和传统观念的影响,中小型公共图书馆的社会服务如今存在服务理念封闭、服务模式单一和服务对象狭隘的局限。为了更好地发展中小型公共图书馆的社会服务,本文从四个方面制定发展策略:服务理念更新——以读者为中心;服务平台扩充——深入挖掘网络资源,全面提供网络服务;服务内容拓展——提供完善的文化休闲服务;服务方式改变——主动服务,贴近公众。
As the impact on the information and the traditional views, the social services of the small and medium public library shows the limitations that service theory is closed, service mode is single and service objects are lacking. For a better social service of the small and medium public library, the development strategies reflect on four aspects: the improved service theory--readers centered; the expanded service platform--deeply mining network resource, fully providing network service; the developed service content--supplying excellent culture and leisure services; the transformed service mode--initiative service, close to public.
