摘要
以重晶石为原料煅烧法生产的硫酸钡中含有铁、钙、锶等无机离子,无机离子的存在会对下游产品的质量有重要影响。为了快速准确地测定硫酸钡中铁、钙、锶含量,通过大量实验确立了硫酸钡中铁、钙、锶含量的测定方法。用盐酸煮沸溶解样品,过滤后用原子吸收光谱法测定。此法准确快速,精密度高。实测样品中铁、钙和锶的回收率分别为98.7%~103.6%、101.27%~103.26%、98.55%~101.1%、相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为2.37%、2.29%、1.29%。
Barium sulfate produced with barite by calcinationcalcination contained iron, calcium, strontium and other inorganic ions which have important influence on the quality of the downstream products. In order to determine iron, calcium, strontium contents of barium sulfate rapidly and accurately, a method for the determination of iron, calcium and strontium contents in barium sulfate was confirmed through the massive experiments. The sample is dissolved with hydrochloric acid, which is assaied by atomic absorption spectrometry after filtered. This method is quick and accurate , more precise . With this method, the standard sample recovery rate of iron, calcium, strontium were 98.7% - 103.6% ,101.27% - 103.26% , 98.55% - 101.1% , the relative standard deviation( n = 6) were 2.37%, 2.29% , 1.29%.
