Material Balance of Potassium Chloride Production with Mixed Brine Method in Salt Lakes

针对盐湖"兑卤"法氯化钾生产工艺,运用水盐体系相图"杠杆规则法"对生产全过程进行了物料衡算。计算过程直观快捷、结果准确;计算出的"分解—洗涤加水量"为最佳加水量,保证了产品氯化钾的产率和质量;计算结果对评价生产过程的各项指标,如产量、质量、生产强度、消耗定额以及生产成本等,具有重要的指导意义。

By using lever rule in phase diagram of water and salt system, materials balance of potassium chloride production was calculated for the process of mixed brine method. Calculation process was visualized and simple, the calculation results were accurate, the quantity of adding water in decomposition and scrub was optimum, which assures productivity and quality of potassium chloride. The calculation results show important guidance to productive - index such as yield, quality, and production intensity, consumption figures, and cost of production.
