摘要
针对小型水电站普遍存在的无功不足及功率送出困难等问题,分析探讨了励磁系统对水轮机组运行的影响。分析成果表明,励磁系统通过改造励磁绕组、提高温升限制、选择三相全控桥以及采用功能齐全的励磁调节器,可充分提高水轮机组的励磁电流,改善水轮机组的无功调节及功率外送功能,保障机组安全运行。
Aiming at the problems of lack of reactive power, difficult sending of power, and the like, which are common in small hydropower stations, the influence of excitation system on operation of hydraulic turbine set was analyzed. The analysis results showed that the excitation system can fully enhance the excitation current of the hydraulic turbine set through transformation of the excitation system, improvement of temperature rise limit, selection of the three-phase full- controlled bridge, and adoption of excitation regulator with full functions, the reactive power regulation and power extemal sending function of the hydraulic turbine set are improved, and unit safe operation of the set can be guaranteed.
