摘要
从磨料射流切割模型出发,通过实验探讨了前混合磨料射流切割钢板时射流参数(驱动压力、磨料浓度、横移速度和靶距)对切割深度和切割比能耗的影响,指出了现行系统存在的不足和今后应重点解决的问题。
According to the model of cutting for abrasive water jet,jet parameters such as the driving pressure, abrasive concentration stand off distance and sidesway velocity influence on the cutting depth and the cutting specific energy are discussed while PREMAJET cut metal steel plate by testing. Problems of the present system are describled, some of the problems will be solved in the future.
