摘要
分析了科技创新对中部崛起的战略意义,对中部地区科技创新能力的发展现状和原因进行了探讨,并提出了依靠科技创新促进中部崛起应采取的措施。
In this paper, the author analyzed strategic significance of technical innovation to rise of central China. Then, the author discussed developmental status and reasons of technical innovation, and put forward measures should be taken to im- prove rise of central China by counting on technical innovation.
