摘要
随着我国市场化进程不断推进,顾客对产品的要求不仅仅满足于产品本身,全方位满足顾客需求已经成为一些优秀企业的共识。通过对企业顾客管理系统的研究,提出了顾客管理系统的方法,并运用该方法对QH公司的顾客管理系统进行分析,提出一些改进措施。
As China's market-oriented processes continuously push forward, the demands of customers to products are not only satisfy with product itself but also comprehensive needs, which have become common sense for some outstanding enterprises. Through researching on customer relationship management system of enterprises, the authors put forward methods of improv- ing customer relationship management system. Finally, the authors analyzed QH customer relationship management system, and put forward measures of improving the system by using above method.
