西铭矿选煤厂浴室屋面防水改造技术研究

Research on Technology of Renewal of Bathroom Roofing Water-proof of Ximing Preparation Plant

以西铭矿选煤厂浴室为例。针对屋面复杂,保温层、防水层都受到破坏的情况,提出在不拆除旧保温层的的条件下,加一层硬质发泡聚氨酯,进行屋面改造,既能保温又能防水,充分发挥建筑物的使用功能,延长了建筑物的使用寿命。为今后相关的防水改造技术提供借鉴。

Taking bathrooms of Ximing Preparation Plant for er have been damaged, the author put forward that adding examples, aiming at roofing, insulation layer and waterproof lay- a layer of rigid polyurethane foam roofing transformation on the condition of the old insulation layer, which not only keeping insulation but also water resistance, giving full play to the function of use of the building, extending the service life of buildings, and providing references for water transformation technolo- gy in future.
