摘要
目的探讨基层医疗机构药事管理现状与对策。方法采用现场考察和问卷调查法,对本地区基层医疗机构的药事管理现状进行分析。结果基层医疗机构药事管理水平有了一定的提高,但是管理方式仍然需要进一步改进。结论深化医疗体制改革、完善相关法律法规、提高药事管理水平是改善基层医疗机构药事管理现状的有效措施。
Objective To explore the basic medical institutions of pharmaceutical affairs management situation and countermeasure. Methods Field investigation and questionnaire investigation method, for the region of the grass-roots medical institutions of the pharmacy management situation analysis. Results The of basic medical institutions in pharmacy management level has been improved, but the management still needs further improvement. Conclusion The deepening of medical system reform, improve the relevant laws and regulations, improve the management level is improving pharmacy pharmaceutical management in basic level medical institutions of effective measures.
