摘要
实验首次建立了氢化物发生—原子荧光法测定硒强化营养盐中的硒的分析方法。方法检出限为0.047 mg/kg,RSD≤0.8%,平均回收率为103.4%。该方法简单易行、准确、稳定,十分适合硒强化营养盐中硒含量的测定。
A new HG - AFS method for the determination of selenium in fortified nutrient salt with selenium is studied. The detection limit is 0. 047 mg/kg. RSD is less than 0.8%, and the av- erage recovery rate is 103.4%. This method is easy, accurate, stable and very suitable for the de- termination of selenium in fortified nutrient salt with selenium.
