日晒海盐生产中卤水深度对成卤影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 日晒海盐生产过程中,卤水的浓度及深度对卤水蒸发速率影响较大,进而影响海盐产量。文章研究了不同钠镁比值的卤水,其深度对卤水蒸发速率及成卤效果的影响。研究结果表明:对于钠镁比值为2.48的卤水,在蒸发速率分别为2 mm/d、5 mm/d、8 mm/d时,随卤水深度的增加成卤率增大。对于钠镁比值为4.49的卤水,在蒸发速率分别为5 mm/d和8 mm/d时,适宜的卤水深度为13 cm;而当蒸发速率为2 mm/d时,适宜卤水深度为7 cm。 In the process of solar sea salt production, the evaporation rate of brine can be greatly influenced by the brine concentration and the brine depth, and then the output of solar sea salt can. In this work, the influence of the brine depth with different Na/Mg on the brine evapora- tion rate and brine production rate has been studied. It shows that the brine formation rate will in- crease with increasing the brine depth when the Na/Mg of brine is 2.48, and the evaporation rate are 2 mm/d, 5mm/d and 8 mm/d. However, for the brine with Na/Mg = 4.49, the appropriate depths of brine are 13 cm and 7 cm when the average evaporation rate were 5 mm/d (8 mm/d) and 2 mm/d, respectively.
