合理肠内营养对危重患者蛋白质营养不良的改善 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨合理肠内营养对危重患者蛋白质营养不良的改善作用及供给模式。方法:按照就诊原因抽取三组接受蛋白质营养不良治疗的危重患者,分为呼吸系统疾病组、神经系统疾病组、消化系统疾病组,每组3个患者,依患者耐受情况和经济条件渐次给予合理的肠内营养干预并严格执行,营养干预包括营养制剂、自制匀浆、普食,对干预前后的相关指标(能量、辅助检查)、部分临床症状(发热、活动耐量、气色、尿、便)和治疗处置(白蛋白输注、补充肠外营养)进行测定和观察,将数据输入SPSS16.0进行配对t检验和秩和检验。结果:三组患者均表现出不同程度的蛋白质营养不良的改善,且部分患者表现出指标改善的持续性和稳定性。结论:合理的肠内营养对危重患者蛋白质营养不良具有改善作用,且肠内营养需依患者耐受选择适宜的喂养模式才能让危重患者受益。 Objective To research the role and supply mode about rational enteral nutrition ameliorate protein malnutrition of the criti- cally ill patients. Method According to. medical reasons, select three groups of critically ill patients to accept protein malnutrition treat- ment. They were divided into:l, group of respiratory system disease; 2. group of nervous system disease; 3. group of digestive system dis- ease. Each group was formed with three patients ,gave strictly reasonable enteral nutrition intervention gradually comply with tolerance situa- tion and economic conditions of patients. The interention of nutrition include: 1. nutritious preparation 2. homemade homogenate 3. general food, then as saied and observed index( energy,auxiliary examination) ,part of the clinical symptoms( fever,activities tolerance,complexion, urine,defecate) and clinical treatment( transfusion of albumin, added parenteral nutrition)about intervention before and after, T test and Z test were used. Results All of three groups of critically ill patients had ameliorate different degrees of protein malnutrition, part of them dis- played persistent and stability. Condt,;ion Reasonable enteral nutrition ameliorate protein works well on the malnutrition of the critically ill patients ; We need to choose the right enpply mode of enteral nutrition in order to help the critically ill patients.
