记忆合金环抱器治疗髋关节置换并发假体周围骨折

Memory alloy embracing fixator in the treatment of periprosthetic fractures following hip replacement

目的:探讨记忆合金环抱器治疗髋关节置换并发假体周围骨折的方法及疗效。方法:回顾性分析采用记忆合金环抱器手术治疗髋关节置换并发假体周围骨折11例,术后复查X线片并随访,对疗效评价。结果:11例均获随访,患者均获骨性愈合,假体稳定,无X线松动表现,髋关节活动功能恢复较好,Harris评分平均82.4分(74～87分)。结论:髋关节置换术中、术后的股骨柄假体周围骨折采用记忆合金环抱器内固定,操作简便、安全、固定牢固且骨折愈合好。

Objective To explore memory alloy embracing fixator in the treatment of periprosthetic fractures following hip replacement method and effect. Method The etrospective analysis of our hospital from 2001 to2011 using shape memory alloy embracing fixator opera- tion treatment of periprosthetic fractures following hip replacement in 11 cases, postoperative review and follow- up radiographs,for evalua- tion of the efficacy. Results 11 cases were followed up,the patients were healed,no radiographic loosening of prosthesis stahillty,perform- ance, hip joint function recovered well, Harris score averaged was 82. 4 points （74 - 87）. Conclusion Hip arthroplasty postoperative femo- ral periprosthetic fracture with memory alloy embracing fixator internal fixation,convenient operation,safety,firm fixation and fracture heal- ing so it is worth recommending.
