老年脑梗死患者血尿酸的变化分析

Analysis of the change of blood uric acid in elderly patients with cerebral infarction

目的:探讨老年脑梗死患者血尿酸的变化。方法:将58例老年脑梗死患者测定后的血尿酸水平与50例非脑梗死患者血尿酸水平进行对比分析,并对高尿酸血症(Hyperuricemia,HUA)检出率进行计算。结果:老年脑梗死患者血尿酸水平明显增高,与非脑梗死患者血尿酸水平差异显著,并且脑梗死患者高尿酸血症检出率显著高于非脑梗死患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血尿酸水平的变化及高尿酸血症与老年脑梗死的发病有着密切的关系。

Objective To study the change of blood uric acid of the elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Method There were 58 ca- ses of elderly patients with cerebral infarction from February 2007 to February 2010. We compared blood uric acid levels of all elderly pa- tients with cerebral infarction determination with that of 50 cases of patients without cerebral infarction. We also calculated detection rate of high uric acid hematic disease （Hyperurlcemia,HUA）. Results The elderly patients with cerebral infarction had higher blood uric acid lev- els, and the blood uric acid level of the patients with cerebral infarction had a significant rise. Patients with cerebral infarction and high uric acid detection rate were significantly higher than the patients with cerebral infarction. The result （ P 〈 0. 01 ） had statistical signifi- cance. Conclusion The changes of blood uric acid levels and high uric acid disease have a close relationship with elderly cerebral infarc- tion.
