In order to solve those above problems, the paper has provided a suitable selected briquette size, strength and sharp base on the rational formula from the practices. Also the boiler should have an rational reconstruction. A high ash fusion binder and sulfur capture agent should be used. According to the different coal qualities, the operation of the boiler should be properly adjusted. Those above measures to solve the problems of the industrial chain boiler have obtained obvious results.
