烟雾病手术治疗的配合体会

Experience of operative cooperation of momyamoya disease

目的:探讨外科治疗烟雾病时颞浅动脉-大脑中动脉吻合及脑-颞肌贴敷术的手术配合。方法:对31例烟雾病患者进行手术配合经验总结。结果:心理护理到位,手术物品准备齐全,手术过程顺利,患者生命体征平稳,手术成功率100%。结论:术前的心理护理能有效减轻患者的心理负担,术中熟练的手术配合能够缩短手术时间,保证手术成功。

Objective To explore the operative cooperation of superficial temporal artery - middle cerebral artery anastomosis and brain - temporal muscle patching method in the surgical treatment of moyamoya disease. Method Summed up the experience of the opera- five cooperation with 31 cases of moyamoya disease. Results The psychological care was in place, operative items were ready, operation process was smooth,life signs of patients were stable and the succeas rate was 100%. Conclusion Preoperative psychological care can ef- fectively reduce the psychological burden of patients,skilled cooperation can shorten the operative time and can also ensure the success of the operations.
