子宫内膜癌淋巴结切除的“是非”之争 被引量：4

摘要 子宫内膜癌（endometrial carcinoma）是最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一。其发生率有逐渐增高的趋势。在2008年，全世界大约有287000例新发子宫内膜癌，在美国，每年大约有43000新发病例，年死亡病例大约为8000例。
