本文首先提出矿业企业要提高资源开采效益,要将内涵式发展作为企业主要的发展方式。通过分析内涵式发展的概念及内容提出构建企业文化、加强人力资源管理、加强科技创新、管理流程优化及运营转型等内涵式发展途径,从而达到增强企业高效可持续发展能力。

This paper firstly proposes that a mining enterprise should improve mining efficiency by connotation development,which should be the main the development way of mining enterprise.Through the analysis of concept and contents of the connotation development,the paper proposes that the enterprise constructs the corporate culture,strengthens the management of human resources,strengthens innovation of science and technology,reengineers management process,and transformates the operation.The enterprise enhances the ability of efficient and sustainable development through those.
