对加快我国矿产勘查融资市场发展的政策建议:加拿大矿业公司上市标准的启示

A case study on listing standards of Canada mining company:Policy advice on speeding up the financing market development of Chinese mineral resources exploration

加拿大多伦多证券交易所主板(TSX)和创业板(TSXV)为勘探和开采特别制定了专属基本上市要求和不同的最低上市标准。相比之下,我国上海、深圳两家证券交易市场,对矿业公司上市的要求和一般企业没有区别,并且目前还没有针对勘查公司的上市条件,应借鉴多伦多交易所的成熟作法,在我国创业板建立勘查企业上市标准,培育我国矿产勘查上市主体,制定矿产勘查公司上市的相关标准,转变矿业权交易市场为矿业权股份交易市场。

Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange formulate a policy specifically for exploration and development basic different minimum listing requirements and standards in Canada.Compared with the case of China,listing requirements of mining company of Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange and General Enterprise are the same as general enterprise,and they have also no listing conditions of exploration company currently.We should reference mature practices of Toronto exchange,we establish listing standards of exploration enterprise on Chinese venture exchange,cultivate subject man of mineral exploration listing in China,develop listing related standard of mineral exploration company,change mining right trading market into mining right shares trading market.
