评述了电热蒸发电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱分析 (ETV -ICP -AES)联用技术的新近进展及其在痕量稀土元素检测中的应用。从原理、分析性能、方法及应用诸方面对以聚四氟乙烯 (PTFE)悬浮体为化学改进剂的氟化辅助电热蒸发 (FETV) -ICP -AES新技术作了全面的介绍 ,引用参考文献 2
The recent development of electrothermal vaporization/ICPAES and its application in the analysis of rare earth elements was reviewed in this paper. The new technique of fluorination assisted electrothermal vaporization (ETV)ICPAES using PTFE slurry as a chemical modifier was described in principle.And analytical features, analytical methods and applications are also involved. 28 references were cited.
