超高频技术在井下采煤工作面视频监控中的应用

摘要 通过在采煤机械上安装矿用移动视频调度系统,通过超高频传输技术将采煤工作面的情景传输到地面调度中心,使调度员对煤壁、滚筒、支架、顶板、采煤机、运载机等设备运行了如指掌,便于发出准确的生产调度指令,为无人采煤工作面远程控制创造了可视化条件。 Through fixing the moving video monitor system on coal - cutting machinery and transfering the scenes of coalface to the surfi- cial scheduling centre by the ultra - high frequency technology, the dispatcher can know clearly the working condition of the coal wall, milers, trestle, roof, coal -winning machine and carrying machine and other equipment running, and it is very convenient for dis- patcher to give correct production scheduling instruction. It also creates visualization conditions for unmanned and the long - range con- trol at coalface.
