基于微环境生化机理的城市污水升级处理设计方案 被引量:1

Design Program of Municipal Sewage Upgrading Treatment Based on Microenvironmental Biochemical Mechanism

摘要 微环境就是发挥固相活性污泥絮凝体和生物载体的吸附富集作用,在局部微观的孔隙中,强化了同步和短程硝化反硝化,提高了各类生化反应过程的速率。对于含有碳、氮、磷等有机化合物的生化处理产物及其反应热,在处理的同时也得到了充分利用,减少了反硝化所需要的碳源,不必外加碳源。基于此微环境生化机理,设计开发了低碳运行方式的污水深度处理工艺,该工艺可降低经营成本,简化处理工艺流程。 In sewage treatment system, different microenvironments can exert the adsorption and enrichment effects of activated sludge floc and biological carrier. In the local and microscopic gap, simul- taneous and short-cut nitrification and denitrification were enhanced. All kinds of biochemical reaction rates were improved. During the process, the biochemical treatment product containing organic com- pounds C, N and P and its heat of reaction were fully used, the carbon souce needed during denitrifica- tion reaction was decreased and no need for external carbon source. An advanced sewage treatment process with low carbon was developed based on this microenvironment biochemical mechanism. This process can decrease the operating cost and simplify the treatment process flow.
