普通快滤池改造的反冲洗均匀性问题探讨

Discussion on Backwashing Uniformity in Ordinary Rapid Filter Retrofit

从理论及工程实践角度探讨普通快滤池改造中影响滤池反冲洗配水均匀性的一些因素。指出具有中间配水渠结构的普通快滤池,进行小阻力改造后中间配水渠不同位置由于存在压力差以及配水渠两边冲洗阻力差异对滤池反冲洗配水均匀性会造成影响,并给出如何解决和避免滤池中间配水渠的配水不均匀性的建议。

Some factors which may affect the uniformity of backwashing water distribution during the rapid filter retrofit were discussed based on the theoretical analysis and specific practical experiences. After an ordinary rapid filter with water distribution channels at the center was retrofitted with small resist- ance system, the uniformity of backwashing water distribution was affected by differential pressure varied with different positions and backwashing resistance differences at both sides of the water distribution chan- nels. Suggestions for solving and avoiding water nonuniformity of distribution channels were proposed.
