摘要
用氢氧化钠溶液分解富马酸使其转化为水溶性富马酸钠 ,然后用氢化物发生 -原子荧光光谱法测定了试样中的砷。方法的检出限为 0 .2 μg/L ,对富马酸中As的测定结果与国标法结果相符 ,对w(As) =1 .5× 1 0 - 6的试样测定 1 2次 ,RSD为 4.8% ,加标回收率为 97.9%~ 1 0 7.5%。
A method for the determination of arsenic in fumaric acid by HG AFS was developed. The sample was decomposed in sodium hydroxide solution and fumaric acid was transferred into water soluble sodium fumarate. Arsenic in the samples then can be determined by HG AFS with detection limit of 0.2 μg/L. The recovery of arsenic in the samples with w (As)=1.5×10 -6 was 97.9%~107.5% with precision of 4.8% RSD ( n =12). The method has been applied to the determination of arsenic in fumaric acid samples and the results are in agreement with those by standard method.
