摘要
以某水厂的虹吸式双阀滤池为例,分析了多种可行的技术改造方案,介绍了将其改造为V型滤池的一些技术细节,总结了改造设计的经验和教训。在改造设计中,基本保留了原有主体结构,改造了进出水系统、过滤系统和气水反冲洗系统,配套建设了仪表和自动化控制系统。通过改造,滤池实现了全自动控制,提高了出水水质,节省了投资费用,达到了预期的改造目的。
Taking a double-valve siphon filter as an example, several feasible technical reconstruc- tion schemes were analyzed, the technical details of transforming into a V-type filter were introduced, and the experiences and lessons learned from the reconstruction design were summarized. In the reconstruc- tion design, the original main structures were retained, the inlet system, outlet system, filtration system and air-water backwash system were reconstructed, and an instrument and automatic control system was built. After the reconstruction, the automatic control was realized, the treated water quality was im- proved, and the investment cost was saved. The expected purpose was achieved.
