活性砂滤池在市政污水处理厂的应用及运行管理 被引量:8

摘要 对金坛市第一污水处理厂、金坛市第二污水处理厂、张家港市第二污水处理厂等多个市政污水处理厂活性砂滤池的应用及运行管理情况进行调研。以金坛市第一污水处理厂运行数据为基础进行分析,参照其他厂的运行情况,从中发现活性砂滤池在市政污水处理厂应用中存在以下问题:跑砂、反冲洗不充分、矾花穿透砂层、配水布水器及底部导砂倒伞易出现损坏、反洗后的砂堆存在死角、反冲洗水量过大等。解决办法:首先从设计上进行改进,一是选择合适的滤速,一般宜取6.0~7.5 m/h;二是导砂锥体及土建构筑物的4个90°角导砂墙从底部到顶部均做成圆形结构并砌筑到砂层上方,保证洗砂均匀,避免砂层出现死角,沉积淤泥。其次是加强运行管理,必须进行定期巡查,及时排除运行中的故障,才能确保活性砂滤池的正常运行。 The application and operation of active sand filter in several municipal sewage treatment plants were investigated. Some problems of active sand filter were found by analyzing the operation data of Jintan First Sewage Treatment Plant and referring to those of other plants. They included sand loss, inadequacy of backwashing, floc penetration into sand layer, vulnerability of water distributor and guide sand inverted umbrella, occurrence of dead space in sand layer after backwashing, excessive baekwashing water volume and so on. The solutions are as follows: (1) select a suitable filtering velocity with a range of 6.0 to 7.5 m/h ; (2) in order to ensure baekwashing uniformly and avoid dead space in sand layer, the guide sand wall should be poured from bottom to top of sand layer; (3) enhancing operational management is necessary. The active sand filter can not automatically operate due to its working principle, so it is necessary to undertake regular inspection and eliminate operation faults, which ensures the normal operation of active sand filter.
