摘要
本文论述了浮式多功能平台及其功能,介绍了我国最新半潜式钻井平台及其工程用船,并提出了最佳油田开发方式。
In the paper the floating multi-function platform and its functions are illustra- ted, the most new semi-submersible drilling platform of China and its engineering ships are introduced,the optimum mode of oil field developing is provided.
