摘要
针对校园卡多服务窗口单队列充值系统建立排队模型,借助边际分析方法求出该排队系统的动态最优解,运用java编程随机模拟出排队模型的参数指标.并综合考虑顾客和服务机构的成本,得出系统总费用最小时的最优服务窗口数量.
This paper aims to build queuing model for the recharge system of campus card with many service windows, and to get dynamic optimal solution of the queueing system with marginal single queue and analysis method, and use Java programming to stochastic simulation of queuing model parameters. Considering the customers and service cost, this paper will get the optimal number of service windows with the least of the total system cost.
