摘要
目的探讨1,6-二磷酸果糖联合复方丹参治疗新生儿窒息致心肌损伤的临床疗效。方法选择我院2008年至2011年收治的新生儿窒息致心肌损伤患儿118例,随机分为2组,观察组66例,对照组52例,观察组给予1,6-二磷酸果糖联合复方丹参治疗,对照组给予1,6-二磷酸果糖治疗,治疗后对2组患儿心电图、心肌酶谱检测结果和疗效进行比较。结果观察组患儿治疗后总有效率为95.5%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗够观察组在临床症状消失时间、心电图恢复时间以及心肌酶谱改善情况方面均显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 1,6-二磷酸果糖联合复方丹参治疗新生儿窒息致心肌损伤疗效显著,能快速缓解临床症状和心电图改变,降低心肌酶谱,从而改善预后,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of FDP combined with salvia miltiorrhiza in treating neonate＇s cardiac injury caused by suffocation.Methods 112 infants with myocardial injury caused by suffocation were divided into two groups,66 infants in observation group were treated with FDP combined with salvia miltiorrhiza,52 infants in control group were treated only by FDP,the ECG,myecardial enzyme spectrum and clinical effect were compared.Results The total efficiency rate of observation group was 95.5%,and the improvement of ECG and myocardial enzyme spectrum were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）.Condusion The method of FDP combined with salvia miltiorrhiza has a good effect and deserve to clinical.
