目的为了解我院泌尿外科术后切口感染的耐药性相关因素。方法对医院泌尿外科术后切口感染病人送检各种标本进行培养,做药敏实验。结果泌尿外科手术后切口感染耐药性危险因素是手术感染部位、病原菌种类、手术持续时间、住院时间、抗生素使用种类等。结论泌尿外科手术后切口感染耐药性是多因素所致,预防泌尿外科手术后切口感染耐药性是防治医院感染的重要内容,严格按照安全措施,加强各个环节质量控制监管,可有效降低泌尿外科手术后切口感染率。

Objective To understand my hospital urology postoperative incision infection drug resistance related factors.
