摘要
目的分析因患类风湿关节炎而引起的跖趾关节病变所呈现出的超声表现。方法随机从2010年7月至2011年10月间患有类风湿关节炎且已引发跖趾关节病变者中选取38例,采取超声检查(高频),并抽取30例跖趾健康者的检查资料及影像,比较血流显像(多普勒)及声像图的表现情况。结果与健康者的影像对比可发现,病患肌腱异常,关节腔内出现积液,有滑膜炎特征(甚至有血流),骨质异常。结论通过对患有类风湿关节炎者行超声检查,可得到清晰的声像图,明确跖趾关节病理变化,在诊断和随访中都有意义。
Objective To analysis because suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and cause metatarsophalangeal joint lesions show ultrasound performance.Methods Random from July 2010-2011 between October with rheumatoid arthritis and has trig- gered metatarsophalangeai joint lesions in the selection of 38 cases,take ultrasound examination（high frequency）,and draw 30 cases metatarsophalangeal healthy person＇s check data and image,more blood flow imaging（doppler）and the performance of the ultrasonographic.Results The image contrast and health of can be found,and patients tendon is unusual,appeared in articular cavity effnsion,and have synovial inflammatory features（or even blood flow）,bone abnarmalities.Conclusion The patents suffering from rheumatoid arthritis underwent ultrasound examination,can get the clear timage,clear metatarsopha langeal joint pathological changes,in the diagnosis and follow--up have meaning.
