无创呼吸机治疗急性左心衰治疗体会

目的探讨无创呼吸机治疗急性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法应用随机数字表法将2009年11月至2011年11月在我院心内科住院治疗的92例急性心力衰竭患者分为对照组和观察组,观察2组患者的临床治疗效果、再住院率、心脏事件和不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者的HR、R、MBP、PaO2及SaO2等指标明显改善(P<0.05),观察组有效率(82.61%)明显高于对照组有效率(58.70%);对2组患者进行为期1年的随访,观察组患者与对照组患者在再住院率及不良反应发生率上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组心脏事件发生率(4.35%)明显低于对照组发生率(17.39%)。结论无创呼吸机治疗急性左心室心力衰竭的临床疗效确切,可明显改善患者的临床症状,减少心脏事件发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective Noninvasive ventilation treatment of acute heart failure clinical observation.Methods Of random digits table will be in 2009 November to 2011 November in our hospital heart internal medicine inpatient treatment of 92 cases of acute heart failure patients were divided into control group and observation group,2 groups were observed in patients with the clinical treatment effect,rehospitalization rate,cardiac events and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results In the observation group HR,R,MBP,PaO2 and SaO2 indicators improved significantly （P〈0.05）,the observation group efficiency （82.61%） was significantly higher than that in control group （58.70%）;the efficiency of patients in 2 groups were observed over a period of 1 years of follow--up,patients and control patients in the hospitalization rate and the incidence of adverse reactions on the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）;the observation group the incidence of cardiac events （4.35%） was significantly lower than the control group the incidence （17.39%）.Conclusion Noninvasive ventilation treatment of acute left ventricular heart failure clinical curative effect, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,reduce the incidence of cardiac events,it is worthy of popularization and application.
