115例口服避孕药止血的临床观察

目的探讨计划生育节育手术后阴道止血相关影响因素,观察口服避孕药止血的疗效,为进一步对做好计划生育节育手术后口服避孕药应用工作提供科学依据。方法 2010年1月～2011年12月,随机抽取在我院就诊的人流、上环、取环术后阴道流血时间超过2周的患者115例进行临床观察。结果 115例流血患者中,65例流血时间在14～20d,30例流血时间在21～35d,20例流血时间>35d。口服避孕药止血影响因素与感染、不良分娩史、宫内残留、多次人工流产史,及女性内分泌紊乱有关系。结论计划生育节育手术后口服避孕药,有助于减少流血量,缩短流血时间,恢复正常月经周期,避免再孕。

Objective To investigate the birth control family planning operation after vaginal bleeding related factors, observation of oral contraceptive hemostatic efficacy for further do a good job, birth control operation after oral contraceptive use to provide a scientific basis. Methods They were randomly selected from January 2010 to December 2011 in our hospital stream of people, the ring, ring extraction time of vaginal bleeding after more than 2 weeks in patients with 115 cases of clinical observation. Results 115 cases of bleeding patients, 65 cases of bleeding time in 14~20 days, 30 cases of bleeding time in 21-35 days, 20 cases of bleeding time 〉 35 days. Oral contraceptive bemostatic factors and infection, adverse birth history, intrauterine residue, repeated abortion history, and female endocrine disorders are related. Conclusion Birth control operation after oral contraceptives, helps to reduce the amount of bleeding, shorten the bleeding time, return to normal menstrual cycle, avoiding pregnancy.
