儿童接种水痘疫苗的不良反应观察及护理体会

目的总结儿童接种水痘疫苗的护理体会。方法对156例儿童接种水痘疫苗的不良反应和护理方法进行回顾。结果儿童接种水痘疫苗的不良反应集中于接种后较短的几个小时内,107例(68.59%)接种儿童出现轻微发热的副反应,43例(27.56%)接种儿童出现局部红肿、疼痛的副反应,12例(7.69%)接种儿童出现短暂发热的副反应,7例(4.49%)接种儿童在四周内出现轻度水痘样疾病,其中多为年龄较大的儿童。结论合理的护理方法有助于降低、控制接种儿童的不良反应,加强医护人员与接种儿童家长的沟通,进行科学的康复指导有助于儿童接种水痘疫苗普及率和有效率的提高。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of children immunized with varicella vaccine. Methods 156 cases of children immunized with varicella vaccine adverse reaction and nursing methods are reviewed. Results Children immunized with varicella vaccine adverse reactions after vaccination focused on shorter hours,107 patients （65.59%） vaccination in children ap- peared slight fever reaction,d3 cases （27.56%） children inoculated local swelling, pain in the side reaction,12 patients （7.69%） vaccination in children showed a transient heating side reaction, in 7 cases （4.49%） vaccination in children in four weeks showed mild varieella like disease, many of them for older children. Conclusion Proper nursing method helps to reduce the adverse reac- tion of vaccination of children, control, strengthening the staff and children vaccinated parent communication, scientific rehabilita- tion guidance helps children immunized with varicella vaccine coverage and efficiency.
