腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨对异位妊娠患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院异位妊娠病例200例,随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,对观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组则采用开腹手术治疗,对比分析2组患者的临床治疗效果,分析2组患者手术效果及手术并发症等指标。结果观察组术中没有出现中转开腹和直肠膀胱损伤的病例,术后均恢复良好,疼痛感明显减轻,镇痛处理病例明显减少。2组手术时间基本相等,而2组在术后下床时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间以及术中出血量方面比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠对机体内环境干扰较少,出血量少且术后恢复快,具有快速、微创、时间短及恢复快等优点,明显优于传统开腹手术,值得进行临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the use of ectopic pregnancy laparoscopic surgery in patients with clinical treatment. Methods The cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital, 200 cases were randomly divided into two groups and a control group of 100 patients, the observation group were treated with laparoscopic surgery, the control group using open surgery, comparative anal- ysis of two clinical treatment of patients with effect, two groups were analyzed surgical results and complications were measured. Results The intraoperative conversion to open surgery and no cases of rectal bladder injury, recovered well after surgery, signifi- cantly reduced pain and analgesic treatment of cases decreased significantly. Basically the same two groups of operative time, and get out of bed two hours after surgery, anal exhaust time, hospital stay and blood loss in a significant difference, statistically signif- icant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy on the body environment, less interference, less blood loss and rapid postoperative recovery, with a fast, minimally invasive, time is short and rapid recovery, etc., much better than tra- ditional open surgery, should be clinical application.
