成人水痘46例临床分析

目的探索更昔洛韦治成人水痘的疗效,与阿昔洛韦比较。方法将46例成人水痘随机分成2组：治疗组22例,用更昔洛韦10mg/kg,每日1次静滴,连用7d;对照组24例,用阿昔洛韦10mg/kg,每日1次静滴,连用7d。2组年龄为18~34岁,平均25~39岁。结果治疗组与对照组按照随机分组治疗1周后皮疹消失,体温逐渐降至正常,血常规正常,症状消失。治疗组发热持续时间短于对照组（P〈0.01）,皮疹结痂时间早于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论更昔洛韦治疗成人水痘效果优于阿昔洛韦。
