摘要
根据毛巾印染废水水质特点 ,选择了厌氧折流板反应池 生物接触氧化池 混凝沉淀 砂滤处理工艺。运行结果表明 ,在进水水质为 :CODCr5 89~ 2 980mg/L ,BOD52 49~ 5 34mg/L ,SS 12 3~ 190mg/L ,色度 30 0~ 80 0倍 ,pH8 76~ 9 5 6时 ,出水水质可达到行业排放一级标准。
The process of anaerobic baffled tank biological contact oxidation coagulating precipitation sand filter was selected to treat towel printing and dyeing wastewater in light of the characteristics of wastewater quality.The running results show that the water quality of the effluent can meet the professional emission standard (grade I) when the water quality of the inffluent was as follows:the COD Cr of 589~2 980mg/L,the BOD 5 of 249~534mg/L,the SS of 123~190mg/L,the color of 300~800 times,the pH of 8.76 to 9.56.The treatment system was characterized by its resistance to shock load,stability for great fluctuation in wastewater quality,operation simplicity,low construction cost and running cost.
