复方甘草酸苷联合氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨复方甘草酸苷联合氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效,为提高治疗效率。改善缓和预后提供参考。方法回顾性分析2009年8月~2011年8月我院采用复方甘草酸苷注射剂联合氯雷他定治疗的84例慢性荨麻疹患者的临床资料,并以同期单纯采用氯雷他定治疗的84例患者为对照组,比较两组患者起效时间、症状消失时间、治疗疗程、有效率、以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者起效时间(2.4±0.5)d、症状消失时间(13.5±3.4)d、治疗疗程(15.7±7.2)d,对照组分别为(3.7±1.2)、(18.4±5.8)、(22.7±8.9)d,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(t=8.727,22.305,19.972;P〈0.01)。观察组有效率为96.43%,不良反应发生率为4.76%.对照组分别为85.71%和15.48%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=65.232,79.147;P〈0.01)。结论采用复方甘草酸苷注射剂联合氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹可有效缩短起效时间,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。 Objective Glycyrrhizic acid compound (joint loratadine the clinical efficacy of treatment of chronic urticaria, in order to improve the treatment efficiency, improve prognosis ease to provide the reference. Methods Retrospective analysis from August 2009 to August 2011 by our compound glycyrrhizic acid (joint loratadine treatment of 84 cases of chronic urticaria of patients with clinical material, and the same period with only with ]oratadine treatment of 84 patients as control group, compared with two groups of patients work time, symptoms disappear time, treatment course, efficient, and adverse reaction rate. Results The observa- tion group patients work time (2.4±0.5)d, symptoms disappear time (13.5 ±3.4 d, treatment course (15.7±7.2) d, the control group were (3.7±1.2)d, (18.4 ±5.8)d, (22.7±8.9)d, comparative differences between groups are statistically signifieant (t = 8.727, 22.305, 19.972; P 〈 0.01). The observation group effective rate of 96.43% and adverse reaction was 4.76%, and the control group were 85.71% and 15.48% respectively, comparative differences between groups are statistically significant (χ^2 = 65.232, 79.147; P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The eompound glycyrrhizic aeid (joint loratadine the treatment of chronic urticaria can effectively shorten work time, improve the treatment effect, worth clinical promotion.
