摘要 根据硝化纤维素的物料特性,对P系列双级推料离心机分别从安全性、母液的分段回收、转鼓结构和表面涂层及自动化控制等方面进行了创新设计,不仅满足其生产过程中的脱酸、脱水和驱酒的工艺要求,而且完全超越了WH型推料离心机的脱酸、脱水和三足式离心机的驱酒效果,彻底解决了分离因数低、洗涤后不能分段收集、自动化程度不高、劳动强度大等缺陷。该机型集具高效、节能、环保、安全及自动化程度高于一体,是一种实用型节能环保设备。 According to the characteristics of nitrocellulose, innovative designs were carried on P series of two-stage pusher centrifuge in terms of safety, pieeewise recovery of mother liquor, structure and surface coating for drum and automation control. The improved centrifuge could not only meet the requirements of deacidifieation, dehydration and displacement alcohol in production but also the performance exceeded the WH pusher centrifuge for deacidification and dehydration and the three legged centrifuge for displacement alcohol. This centrifuge completely solved the shortcomings such as low separation factor, block collection after washing, low automation level and big intensity labor. This type of centrifuge set high efficiency, energy conservation, environmental protection, safety and high automation in one and it was a utility energy-efficient environmental equipment.
