基于层次分析法的旋风分离器选型

摘要 在综合旋风分离器的技术经济指标的基础上,通过层次分析法,建立旋风分离器的分析目标层,影响因素准则层以及型号方案层的关系,建立判断矩阵,进行一致性判别。并对七种不同类型旋风分离器的进行分析,得出优选方案。结果表明层次分析法所得结果与实际相符。 Overall considering the technical and economical indexes of cyclone separator, the relationships among analyzing target level ,principal level of influencing factors and alternative level were set up by Analytical Hierarchy Process, building the judgment matrixes and then conducting consistency judgment. Seven different types of cyclone separators were analyzed and obtaining the optimal ease. It was indicated that the results obtained from Analytical Hierarchy Process were coincided with the fact.
