摘要
紫外光散射通信系统需要高光效、易调制、长寿命的散射光源。设计并实现了一种基于感应耦合等离子体(ICP)的紫外无极放电灯结构,分析了其发光原理并测试了光谱特性,研究了紫外无极灯的重复启动性能,对无极灯作为紫外光通信系统光源的可行性进行探讨,总结出要使无极紫外通信光源实用化还需在驱动电路和耦合方式两个方面作进一步研究。
Ultraviolet scatter communication systems require the scattering sources with the advantages of long life, high luminous efficacy and easy modulation. A UV electrodeless discharge lamp based on inductively coupled plasma (ICP) is designed. And the light-emitting principle of this lamp is introduced. The lamp' s spectral characteristics and repeat start-up performance are tested to analyze the feasibility of applying it as the UV light source of communication system. It is concluded that the practical application of electrodeless ultraviolet communication light source needs the further studies on the drive circuit and the coupling mode.
