摘要
介绍了传统盘磨的控制和盘磨打浆专家系统。专家控制实现了自学习功能,也实现了更准确地控制盘磨机的磨刀进退位移量。根据实际项目的实施,对系统进行硬件和软件组态,并依据实时图表对运行结果进行分析,说明此系统能提高盘磨机工作效率和磨浆质量。
The traditional refiner control and the method of expert system in refiner pulping are introduced. The expert control realizes self-learning function, and also realizes more accurately the control of the disc grinder dis- placement of the advance and retreat. According to the implementation of the project, the hardware and the soft- ware are configured,and based on real-time chart,the analysis results shows that this contol system can enhance the efficiency of the refiner and milling quality.
