强心汤结合西药治疗充血性心力衰竭26例

Qiangxin Tang with Western Medicine Treatment of Congestive Heart Failure 26 Cases

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效。[方法]将52例慢性充血性心力衰竭住院病人,随机分为治疗组和对照组各26例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在西药基础上合用强心汤治疗。治疗15天后观察疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率为80.76%,对照组为53.84%。[结论]中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效较好。

[ Objective ] Observation of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of congestive heart failure. [ Method] 52 cases with congestive heart failure patients hospitalized in standard and randomly divided into the treatment group and control group which were treated by western medicine, 26 cases in treatment group with conventional treatment based on western medicine and also the treatment benefiting vi- talenergy, Qiangxin Tang. 15 days after observation the treatment . [Results] The total effective rate in treat- meat group and control group for 80.76% to 53. 84%. [ Conclusion] To combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of congestive heart failure curative effect is better.
