自拟香砂养胃汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎50例

50 Examples on Healing Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis by using Self Xiangsha Yangwei Tang

[目的]观察自拟香砂养胃汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效。[方法]将86例符合诊断的慢性浅表性胃炎患者,随机分为治疗组50例,对照组36例。对照组予以吗丁啉片(有HP感染者配三联疗法),治疗组予以自拟香砂养胃汤治疗。[结果]治疗组50例中,痊愈26例,显效15例,有效5例,无效4例,总有效率92.00%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。[结论]自拟香砂养胃汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效显著。

[Objective] The objective was to observe the clinical effect of healing chronic non- atrophic gastritis by using self Xiangsha Yangwei Tang. [ Method] 86 chronic non - atrophic gastritis patients were ran- domly divided into two groups： first group was the healing group includes 50 patients, and second group was the comparing group includes 36 patients. The comparing group was cured with Domperidone Tablets （ HP in- fection patients were also cured with Triple therapy） ; otherwise the comparing group was cured with self Xian- gsha Yangwei Tang. [Result~ The treatment group in 50 cases, heal 26 cases, powerfully in 15 cases, effec- tive 5 cases, effectiveness and 4 cases, the total effective rate of 92.00%. The healing group was cured nota- bly better than the comparing group. [ Conclusion ] Self Xiangsha Yangwei Tang has marked clinical effect on healing the migraine patients.
